
Ingeborg Robles is Spanish and German and writes and publishes in both languages. She obtained a Master of Philosophy in European Literature from the Universtiy of Oxford and a PhD in German Philology from the University of Bonn. At the University of Virginia she studied Creative Writing with John Casey and Deborah Eisenberg. Her scholary articles include work on the Nibelungenlied, on Goethe and on Thomas Mann. Ingeborg Robles has published poetry and prose in anthologies, newspapers and literary magazines. In 2021, her poetry collections Auriculares para Ulises was published by Valparaíso Ediciones. After living and teaching in Oxford, London and Florence, she moved to Berlin in 2014 where she is active in the Spanish-speaking literary scene as an author, translator and organiser of cultural events. She organises and moderates the Salón Berlinés – live Salon und Podcast together with Pepe Pizzi.
