CryptoMining or how to participate:
1. Upload a poem (3/4 verses) to your social media accounts: Twitter (Tweet) or Instagram (post).
2. Add hashtag #laninfaecocryptopoetry below your (bit)poem.
3. Share your post in public mode. Otherwise judges won’t be able to access your poem.
4. Each like under your (bit)poem will be the equivalent of one PoeToken (1 like is equal to 1 PoeToken). Example: If you receive 3 likes on Facebook, it will be the equivalent of 3 PoeTokens.
5. The first 6 semifinalists will be the ones who receive the highest number of PoeTokens.
6. The semifinalists will participate in another round of voting through the La Ninfa Eco social media accounts.
7. The winner will be the one with the highest number of Poetokens.
Terms and conditions:
- The call opens from May 26, 2021 at 00hs (UK time).
- Deadline to share poems: June 30, 2021 at 11pm (UK time).
- The poems must be unpublished.
- The theme and style are free.
- If participants are sharing from different social media accounts simultaneously, likes will not be added, only the likes of the social media account that received the most likes will be taken into account.
- Writers of any nationality residing in any country may participate.
- You can participate in any language, but the interview will be in English and/or Spanish, so the winner must be able to communicate fluently in one of those languages.
- Racist, sexist, discriminatory, and/or inappropriate content won’t be accepted. The jury may consider certain types of material inappropriate and may be disqualified.
- The first six semi-finalists will be announced by July 1, 2021 at 2 pm (UK time). They will be selected by the number of likes on their poems. That day we will share again the poems of the six semifinalists in our La Ninfa Eco social media accounts, so our readers can vote for their favorite.
- Participants will be able to get more Poetokens (likes) until July 28 at 11 pm (UK time).
- On July 30 at 2:00 p.m. (UK time), the winner will be announced on the networks and on the La Ninfa Eco website (Latam, UK, and USA) in English and/or Spanish.
- The Poetoken will be translated into English and/or Spanish.
